Meet the President of Wisdom & Wealth
Suzette Salandy is a dynamic mix of entrepreneur, HR professional, media personality, speaker, and author. She is the Founder and CEO of I Am Suzette, LLC, which specializes in leadership coaching and development. She has also recently launched WCI Talent Solutions, providing elite talent and training for global businesses' human capital needs.
Ms. Salandy has been an HR Executive for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies where she has served as an HR business partner, coach, strategist, and speaker. A facilitative host, Ms. Salandy has led and moderated numerous panels and innovative talks around the world.
She is a published author who collaborates with organizations to help drive women’s empowerment and equality initiatives. Ms. Salandy has been honored with several awards; most recently receiving the Woman of Stature Award in Education, sponsored by Hadarat Global and the Woman of Stature Foundation.

She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for charter schools in Washington, DC and Columbus, Ohio. She also founded the executive women’s professional development and gender parity platform, The Spectrum Circle.
